This notice explains what information Realignment Matrix collects, why, and how it is handled. The short version: we collect only what you choose to give us, we use it only to respond to you, and we never sell it.
Assessment answers never leave your device. The Inner Odyssey Assessment runs entirely in your browser. Answers are never transmitted to us; they are kept only on your device while the tab is open and are cleared when you close it.
Assessment answers
The Inner Odyssey Assessment selects questions and calculates its reflective results inside your browser. Answers, scores, and results are never sent to Realignment Matrix or any third party. If you refresh mid-assessment your progress is kept on your device so you can finish; closing the tab clears it.
Information we collect
The application collects only the contact details and reflective answers needed to evaluate whether a private coaching conversation may be appropriate. It is not designed to collect diagnoses, medication details, detailed trauma histories, or crisis disclosures.
How information is used
Application information is used to review fit, respond to you, and prepare for a requested conversation. It is not sold and is never used for marketing lists. Submissions are delivered through Netlify Forms to a private inbox, and access is limited to the founder. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time: support@albatechservices.com.
Coaching privacy
Private coaching conversations require a separate agreement describing confidentiality, records, communication boundaries, and the limits of coaching. This notice is not that agreement. What you share inside the coaching relationship stays private, and your story or words will never be used publicly without your explicit written permission.
Before public launch
The founder will confirm a contact method and final data-handling process before applications are accepted. This notice will then be replaced with the completed policy.
